- 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13-inch pan with foil and parchment paper, set aside.
- 2
Using a large serrated knife, slice the rolls in half so you have a "top half" and "bottom half" don’t pull the rolls apart and slice individually, keep them together.
- 3
Place the bottom half of the rolls in the pan and add and even layer of your buffalo chicken, then your cheese and then add your final layer with the remainder of buffalo chicken. Add the top half of rolls and set aside.
- 4
In a small, microwave safe bowl, add the butter and melt. This should take roughly 1 minute. Once melted, add poppy seeds, onion, creamy buffalo sauce, honey, salt, pepper and whisk to combine.
- 5
Slowly pour the butter mixture over the rolls and evenly spread the mixture over the top. Some of the mixture will pool at the base of the rolls.
- 6
Cover with foil and bake covered for 20 minutes. Once the 20 minutes is up, uncover and cook for about 5 more minutes.
- 7
Remove from the oven, place on desired serving dish and slice into individual sliders. Serve immediately.
