Ingredients: Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas, Onions, Celery, Red Peppers, Water Chestnuts, Mushrooms.
Directions: Keep frozen. Ready to cook. Preparation Directions: Stir-Fry: 1. In large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, heat 1-2 tablespoons oil. 2. Add desired amount of vegetables. 3. Stir-fry 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness, Season to taste. Stovetop: 1. In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine desired amount of vegetables and 1/2 cup water. 2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cover. Simmer 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain; season to taste. Microwave Oven: 1. In microwave-safe dish, combine desired amount of vegetables and 2-3 tablespoons water; cover. 2. Microwave (high) 4-8 minutes (Microwave ovens vary; adjust cooking time accordingly)or until desired doneness, stirring halfway through. 3. Let stand 1 minute in microwave to complete cooking. Drain; season to taste. Caution: Product and container may be hot. For food safety and quality, follow the directions and cook thoroughly to 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to use. Promptly refrigerate leftovers.
