In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, relish and garlic powder. Set aside in the fridge so the flavors can come together.

Next, melt the butter in a large cast-iron skillet or griddle over medium heat. Toast the buns cut-side down until golden brown with crisp edges (about 1-2 minutes). Set aside.

Wipe out the skillet, add the avocado oil and turn the heat to medium-high. Place the burger patties into the hot pan. Press down firmly with a sturdy spatula to get the "smash" affect. Sear for 3 to 4 minutes until a caramelized crust forms.

Flip the burger patties and add a slice of Kraft Deli Deluxe American Cheese across each of them. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until the burger reaches an internal temperature of 160F and the cheese gets good and melty.

To assemble, spread a generous layer of burger sauce on both the top and bottom buns. Place your desired toppings to the bottom bun. Add the burger patty and top with the top bun. Enjoy!
