Spread a thin layer of frosting around the rims of two martini glasses. Place sprinkles in a shallow dish and dip rims in sprinkles to coat. Set aside.

Combine milk, Bailey's, amaretto and vanilla vodka in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until cold. Pour into prepared glasses, garnish with sugar cookie and serve.
