Using a 2-inch round cookie cutter, cut out eight circles from the cheesecake.

Transfer whipped topping into a piping bag or a zip-top bag and cut off a small corner. Pipe a small amount of whipped topping onto the cheesecake. Top with strawberry, sliced side down. Pipe a dot on top of the strawberry to complete the hat. Enjoy!
