   Prepare brownies according to package directions; use a 9x13-inch pan. Let cool completely.

   Using a 2-inch round cookie cutter, cut out 24 circles from the brownies.

   Transfer whipped topping into a piping bag or a zip-top bag and cut off a small tip of the corner. Pipe a circle of topping on each brownie circle. Top with strawberry, sliced side down. Pipe a dot of frosting on top of the strawberry to complete the hat. Enjoy!
