To assemble the bat: Use the reserved cream filing to ice the corner of a cookie and gently press onto a peanut butter cup to form a wing. Repeat on the other side with a second cookie half.

Dot the back of two candy eyes with cream filling and gently press onto the peanut butter cup. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
