   Preheat conventional oven to 325°F.

   Place fully cooked boneless heritage ham into roasting pan, fat side up. Place a large piece of foil loosely over the top of pan, do not seal edges.

   Bake for 1 hour or until an internal temperature of 140°F is reached.
