   Coat a 9x9" pan with cooking spray and set aside. In a large sauce pan, melt peanut butter over medium-low heat. When melted, remove from heat and stir in rice cereal until well-coated. Press cereal mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan. Set aside.

   Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt for 45 seconds. Stir and continue to heat in 10 second increments until chocolate is completely melted. Pour chocolate over cereal mixture and spread evenly. Place bars in refrigerator for 2 hours, or until firm. Slice and serve.
