In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, Sriracha, garlic chili sauce, seasoned rice wine vinegar, 1 tsp. sesame oil, water, and honey until well combined. If the dressing seems to be too thick, add a little more water until it reaches your desired texture.

You will then brush all sides of your tuna steak with 2 tbsp. sesame oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Take a separate plate and put a layer of sesame seeds on it. Press sesame seeds onto each side of the tuna steak and sear in a small pan over medium high heat for 1-2 minutes per side or until it has reached your desired doneness. Remove from the heat and let set for 5 minutes.

On a large plate or serving platter, lay out two layers of the lettuce leaves side by side, and once your tuna is done resting, thinly slice along the grain and add the pieces onto the prepared lettuce leaves. Evenly distribute the sliced mango, carrot, cucumber, and avocado.

Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. Drizzle the peanut dressing over lettuce wraps or serve on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
